🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy – Nazakath By Rupsath

At Nazakath By Rupsath, we take great care to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time. All our products are shipped through reliable courier partners within India and abroad.


1. Shipping Partners

  • All domestic orders are shipped through India Post and other trusted courier partners.

  • For local deliveries within Mangalore, we may use DTDC or a local delivery service depending on availability.

  • International orders are processed separately through WhatsApp or Instagram due to varying courier charges.


2. Delivery Time

  • Domestic orders usually arrive within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Orders from the North, West, or East of India may take slightly longer as we dispatch from Mangalore (South India).

  • Local deliveries within Mangalore may reach you within 1–3 days or even the same day if requested.


3. Address Accuracy

Please provide your complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • House / flat number, street name, and landmark

  • Correct PIN code and active mobile number

📞 The delivery person may contact you by phone. Please ensure you answer calls to avoid missed deliveries.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, or if the parcel was not accepted, you will be required to pay the reshipping charges of ₹49 to have it sent again.
No refunds will be issued for unclaimed or returned parcels.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and tracking link.
Please track your shipment regularly to ensure you don’t miss the delivery.

📦 Note: Nazakath By Rupsath uses third-party courier services and does not operate its own delivery network. After dispatch, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to monitor the parcel status using the tracking link provided.


5. Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim any product damage or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must start by showing the parcel 360° before opening.

  • The recording must be continuous, with no edits, trims, or filters.

  • Complaints made without an unboxing video will be declined immediately.

This ensures transparency and fairness in handling replacement or refund requests.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic orders: ₹100 (flat rate all over India)

  • Local delivery (within Mangalore): ₹10 per km

  • International orders: Start from ₹600, depending on destination and package weight

For urgent deliveries, contact us in advance via WhatsApp (+91 82961 25457) with your expected delivery date.
If a private courier is used, additional charges may apply.


7. Important Notes

  • Unexpected courier delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or regional holidays.

  • Once dispatched, we cannot modify address details or cancel orders.

  • Always double-check your order details before confirming payment.
