Return & Exchange Policy – Nazakath By Rupsath
At Nazakath By Rupsath, every piece of jewellery is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help under the following conditions:
1. Unboxing Video Requirement
To qualify for a return or exchange, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show the package being opened from the moment the seal is broken until the item is fully unboxed.

The video must be continuous — no cuts, edits, filters, or pauses.

Requests submitted without full video proof will be declined immediately, as we cannot verify the condition of the product.
2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect of 1 day arrival.

Products damaged after delivery or due to mishandling by the customer cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.

The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, boxes, and packaging intact.
3. Return Approval & Refund Process
Once your return request and video proof are verified and approved:

You’ll be instructed to send the product back in its original packaging.

After the returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
